  1. In an outrageous contemporary take on A Christmas Carol, Randolph anticipates a silent night in. However, his devoted manservant Bates has other plans.
  2. All is not as it seems in the festive twilight zone of Burdoch Hall. Pantomime heroes and villains seem to appear in order to entertain and explain that the lessons learned are Not Just For Christmas.

CALL ME OZ
presented by
TREVOW HELSTON
at
HELSTON OLD CEMETERY CHAPEL

In his youth, Osric, a stylish and sensitive courtier at Elsinore Castle, witnessed Prince Hamlet and several other members of the Danish Royal family meet their untimely end. He's not spoken about it for over forty years, but, after a session with his therapist, he begins a series of exclusive interviews, eventually revealing all.
Finally he learns the importance of being true to oneself. The history books will have to be re-written.

Audience response:
'Amazing night at Thimblemill Library. Thank you. Really hit home with me by way of the subject matter due to a previous long term relationship that lead me to being referred to women's aid by social services. You dealt with it sympathetically, intelligently, with empathy, with humour and most of all with hope. An excellent piece of theatre for anyone to watch but for me it was cathartic and a joy!'
